Do we need wii ?

huh .. huh .. huh...

absolutely yes...

Here's why :
The Wii (pronounced as we) is the fifth home video game console released by Nintendo. The console is the direct successor to the Nintendo GameCube. Nintendo states that its console targets a broader demographic than that of Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3.
wii consists of unique motion sensitive gameplay options which detect your motion and makes characters in games move accordingly. It has a revolutionary controller and a remote which makes you feel all and all in control of the game and the environment. The Wii Remote can be used as a handheld pointing device and detect movement in three dimensions. Another is WiiConnect24, which enables it to receive messages and updates over the Internet while in standby mode
.
Whats more enchanting is that wii is quite compact - just 2.7 pounds and measures 8.5 inches long by 6 inches wide by less than 2 inches thick. Wow! call it fancy of the generation now to get all things nano sized.

And how can it not have some free online services and gameplay ! Online gaming means certainly more business for creators and associates. Among the other good things that wii promises is compatibility with all GameCube games and controllers. It also has a built-in SD slot for storage and photo viewing.

But what makes it appealing to all of us is that is a affordable console... yes, we can now afford to get a wii :-)
Find out FAQ on wii at http://www.thewiire.com/faq.php#36

Its a plane, its a bird, its a flybar -
the Flybar has changed bouncing up and down forever...the space hopper and skateboard now need a new place to be stacked up.

Ok.. you don't know whats flybar... come on...!! Of course you know that you can just stand on a stick with peddals and hop up and down feeling like you are flying.. feeling like you are a bunny... feeling like you stand tall among all ... feeling like you have spring in your walk... feeling like you are the jumping superhero !!!

If you want to catch the various variations you can do a flybar, here is a cool video which shows almost 80 variations... gee! you never knew you can jump in so many ways !!

Alright, now lets do a bit of technical tune check by ToonTune on the flybar...the Flybar uses the principle of elasticity to its advantage. In case you have still not studied this principle or are just not recalling it, here is what I recall on elasticity as "the ability of a material to return to its original shape after its shape changes". But here's the catch... while designing anything if you extend beyond its elasticity limit, it can break... yeah, break and yeah, if it breaks you could be in some trouble. But hats off to flybar makers, its resilient and its elastic.

"Springs ... they stretch, they can store energy that can be used to do work in the future. This type of stored energy is elastic potential energy. As elastic potential energy is released, it is converted into kinetic energy, or energy of motion. ... a rider bounces on a pogo stick, his weight and the force from his legs are stored as potential energy in the elastic material, either a spring or an elastic string. When the elastic material recoils, all of the stored energy is transferred back to the rider, who uses the thrust to bounce higher. "

Tool : Create your own comic strip

One of my hobbies has been to create comic characters and then sometimes rope them into a comic strip. I started off by copying characters from comic strips, sketching them in my drawing book and then putting in colors in there. The tough part used to be making a tickling comic strip. So if I used to draw something, then put in some text and then used to think "hmm.. nope...you can do better" or "hey.. its just not gud enuf". And I used to...

And i used to end up drawing again and again.

So, here is the technology aided comic strip creator and yes, you don't need to download a software. All you need to do is just get online -> select characters --> select background etc --> put in text --> and sequence up frames.

Alright, now that I have tempted you enough...

So, here's how if you always wanted to create comic strips on the fly ?!!!

Here's your chance...

Two cool picks to create your own comic storyboards:
